For the uninitiated, one of the main reasons Grand Theft Auto Online is still popular to this day is because of the developer’s consistency in adding entertaining content to the game. After all, even after nine years since the game debuted, Rockstar continues to supplement the ever-growing Grand Theft Auto Online stunt community by adding brand-new daring activities and jobs to the game via updates. With that said, there’s nothing stopping players from making their own spontaneous fun across the map of Los Santos, which becomes increasingly chaotic when combined with the free roam mode’s access to expensive military vehicles and airliners.

Now, player 3Dducks has posted a short one-minute-long clip onto Reddit that perfectly reinforces this daredevil notion of the game. The video starts with the player soaring through the skies in The Buckingham Pyro, which is a twin-boom fighter jet introduced in Grand Theft Auto Online’s Smuggler’s Run update. The situation takes a crazy turn when the player speeds headfirst towards a radio tower but then steers upwards into the air to climb high above the structure until the Pyro can’t fly any higher and loses altitude.
Going on to leave many gamers amused and stunned at another flying stunt in Grand Theft Auto Online, 3Dducks defies gravity upon their descent as they steer the Pyro backwards through the air. While this alone would be impressive enough, the player goes on to seemingly float and then land on the top of the radio tower using only the tail of the aircraft. Not only does 3Dducks pull this near-impossible antic off once, but they do the same feat again to close the video off in true showboat fashion.
After uploading the extravaganza filled clip to Reddit, the post quickly amassed over 1,100 upvotes as many users stopped by to applaud 3Dducks on their achievement. In short, the amount of positive attention the community has shown the post wonderfully proves how fun it can be when titles like Grand Theft Auto Online offer multiplayer services that allow gamers to their own mayhem within a sprawling sandbox, detached from scripted sequences and hand-holding.
Grand Theft Auto Online is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions releasing March 15.
